You discussed 'waterproofs' in a dispatch last month... If we do come across inclement weather, perhaps we should consider one of Scotland's older methods of managing cold and rain. Mark Frost touches on the method in The Greatest Game Ever Played*

Notice that whisky is misspelled, if it was scotch. If it was bourbon, then whiskey is spelled correctly.
ReplyDeleteGood catch! Considering the championship in question took place in Brookline, MA (and the fact that Mark Frost has exceptional attention to detail) I would expect it was Bourbon in this case.
